In the context of the INSPIRE Directive (2007/2/EK) implementation and of Law N. 3883/2010 (FEK 166/a/22.09.2010), the “Geo-portal with Geo-spatial Data for Region of Attica” was developed and operates under the supervision of the Department of Documentation and Innovation of the Directorate for Development Programming. The Geo-portal stores and visualizes geodata for the projects implemented in the Region of Attica, in the context of the co-funded Public Investment Program (PIP), the National PIP or funded by own resources (self-funded).
The main objective of this application is to inform all citizens, through open data, for the implementation progress of the projects, resulting in increased accountability and transparency.
